An unannounced monitoring inspection to regarding self-reported incidents was conducted by two Licensing Representatives on October 2, 2019 from 9:55 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. There were 71 residents in care. Present for the inspection was the Administrator, Director of Nursing and an LPN. Topics discussed: reporting to regulatory agencies as appropriate.
