Comments:

An announced initial inspection was conducted by the Licensing Inspector and Licensing Administrator from the Eastern Regional Office on 12/10/2019 from 11:19 AM to 12:53 PM. A tour of the facility was conducted and hot water temperatures were sampled. First aid kits, call bells, and emergency evacuation maps were reviewed.The following was discussed with the Administrator during the inspection: rooms #222, #207, and other vacant rooms regarding required furnishings, light fixtures, tubs, and the emergency food and water supply. The Administrator and LPN stated the residents have the option to provide their own furnishings. Additionally, room #202 is designated as an office and not a resident room. No violations were cited during this inspection.
