Comments:

An announced inspection was made to the facility to act upon an initial license application. Licensing staff inspected the building, emergency food supply, call bell system. required postings. The facility has an on-site generator and has plans in place for an alternate emergency power source. The building has three floors and a secure memory care environment. Some resident rooms are being upgraded throughout the facility, there are no residents in the rooms being upgraded. Notification of the ownership changes has been made to residents in care and/or their responsible parties. The policies and procedures for the facility were reviewed previously by Department of Licensing staff and found in compliance. There were no violations cited today.
