Comments:

An unannounced renewal study was conducted on 12/12/19. At the time of entrance five residents were in care. The sample size consisted of four resident records and three staff records. Resident and staff records and other documentation were reviewed. No new staff have been hired since the last renewal inspection conducted on 9/17/18. Residents were observed eating breakfast and engaging in activities including bingo. The medication cart was inspected. Medication administration records, physician's orders, and medications were compared. No violations were issued and an exit interview was held.
