22VAC40-73 BUILDING AND GROUNDS

Comments:

A Licensing Inspector with the Division of Licensing conducted an announced initial inspection on 12/16/2019 from approximately 1:00pm to approximately 2:15pm. At the point of entrance the facility had 76 residents in care. The facility Administrator was available and present during the complete inspection. The Licensing Inspector, reviewed the facility physical plant to include resident rooms on the facility memory care unit and assisted living, reviewed the facility first aid kit, tested the facility call bell system and tested resident water temperatures.The Licensing Inspector observed the facility emergency food supply, and observed all required posted items. The Licensing Inspector observed residents engaged during activities on the facility memory care unit and assisted living facility. During the inspection the Licensing Inspector did not observe any areas of non-compliance.
