One licensing inspector conducted a focused monitoring visit regard a self-reported incident at The Laurels on 12/23/2019. The monitoring inspection began at 9:10 am and concluded at 10:05 am. The licensing inspector observed the building, resident rooms, reviewed a resident record and reviewed the Medication Administration Record. an exit meeting was held with the administrator of the facility.
