Comments:

Unannounced complaint inspections were conducted on 12/18/19 and 01/23/20, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/12/19. The complaint involved Part VI of the licensing standards, resident care and related services. Facility records were reviewed and interviews were conducted. The complaint was determined to be "not valid," as a preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation. No violations were cited during the inspection.
