An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted by a Licensing Representative on December 13, 2019 from 11:08 a.m. to 5:05 p.m. regarding concerns residents being changed and ensuring residents receive the appropriate rehabilitative services. There were 68 residents in care. The complaint was invalid. The following was discussed: completion of physical examination and report to include reactions to allergies, UAI and ISP updates and accuracy, and `as needed? medications.
