Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced complaint investigation on 1/23/2020 and 1/24/2020 regarding a lack of resident medical care. LI reviewed resident record, medication administration records, and staff records. LI interviewed residents and spoke with Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
Complaint regarding a lack of resident medical care is deemed not valid as a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations.
