Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 1/13/2020. At the time of entrance eight residents were in care. The sample size consisted of five resident records and three staff records including a review of criminal background checks for new hires since the last mandated inspection. Residents were observed eating breakfast and engaging in activities including ball toss. Medication administration was observed. No violations were issued today, and exit interview held.
