Technical Assistance:

Licensing Inspector informed the administrator that a current County Fire Inspection would be required before the license renewal can be completed. The County Fire Inspection is scheduled to take place February 18, 2020.

Comments:

An unannounced renewal study was conducted on 1/14/2020. At the time of entrance 77 residents were in care. The sample size consisted of 10 resident records, five staff records, two volunteer records and four individual interviews. Resident and staff records and other documentation were reviewed. Criminal Background Checks of all staff hired since the previous inspection conducted on 6/3/2019 were reviewed. Residents were observed eating breakfast and lunch and engaging in activities including trivia and watching a documentary. Medication administration was observed.
