On 1/21/2020 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (2:30PM to 5:15PM). Staff were interviewed and a resident record was reviewed. A monitoring inspection took place while the complaint was investigated, and numerous staff records were checked, and well as additional resident records. There was no evidence to support the complaint allegations. The complaint is not valid.
