A Representative with the Division of Licensing conducted an unannounced, non-mandated, complaint inspection on 02/11/2020 from approximately 12:30pm to approximately 2:05pm. The complaint was in reference to a resident related concern. During the inspection the Licensing Inspector reviewed resident records, interviewed staff and reviewed additional facility requested documentation. During the inspection there was not enough evidence to support the allegation and the complaint if found to be not valid.
