The licensing inspector for Cardinal Senior Living in conjunction with another LI conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 12/11/2019. The LIs reviewed staff schedules, toured the facility, and viewed resident supplies related to allegations that the facility is not fully staffed, residents going without proper supplies (depends, wipes) and that staff are being told by administrative staff not to send sick residents out to the hospital.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation. Please sign, date, and return this notice to your licensing inspector within 10 calendar days from today.
