An unannounced focus complaint inspection was conducted on this date(8:50 a.m. to 9:30 a.m ) in response to an allegation that the Acting Administrator was not qualified. There were 57 residents in care.
On 8-7-19,the Acting Administrator was notified by the Board of Long Term Care of her eligibility to take the Assisted Living Facility or the Nursing Home Administrator's exam. She received notification on 10-30-19, of her authorization to schedule her exam between 10-30-19 and 12-28-19. The Acting administrator successfully passed the Nursing Home Administrator's exam on 12-23-19, which also qualified her as an administrator of an Assisted Living Facility.
The allegation about the administrator not being qualified was invalid.
