Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day monitoring licensing inspection at Chestnut Grove Home for Adults on 02/13/2020. The monitoring inspection began at 3:18 pm and concluded at 3:50 pm. The licensing inspectors observed the building, resident rooms, reviewed a resident record and conducted interviews with residents. An exit meeting was held with key staff of the facility.
