An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at the facility on 3/12/2020 from approximately 11 am to 3:30 pm. The facility reported 23 residents in care, six resident and six staff files were reviewed for compliance. Licensing staff also interviewed staff and residents, inspected the physical plant and reviewed medication administration.
There has been no new staff hired since the last inspection.
There were no violations cited.
