The licensing inspector for Grandview Adult Care conducted an initial one day announced mandated inspection on 03/02/2020. The inspection began at 9:00 am and concluded at 10:25 am. The licensing inspector observed the building, the menus, the activities calendar, the first aid kit and the emergency food and water supply. An exit meeting was held with the administrator of the facility on 03/02/2020. No violations are being cited as a result of this initial inspection.
