Comments:

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 2/25/20 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/12/20, regarding Part IV (Staffing and Supervision) and Part VI (Resident Care and Related Services) of the regulations. Resident record and facility documentation were reviewed. Building walk through was completed. The complaint was determined to be "not valid," as a preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation.
