The licensing inspector for Heritage Green Assisted Living conducted an unannounced complaint inspection via phone in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 03/12/2020. The LI reviewed requested documentation for one resident and conducted a phone interview with one staff member relating to allegations that a male resident requires at least three staff to transfer him and change him and has lost weight as he is not being fed adequately.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
