Comments:

Follow up was completed by telephone regarding an online complaint of the facility due to the COVID-19 mandate. 2 Licensing Inspectors completed a monitoring inspection of the facility earlier in the month of March on the 13th and observed no issues with the cleanliness of the facility or with resident's care. The complaint was lodged on 3/25/2020 There have been no issues lodged by any family members of the residents at the facility. All documentation was reviewed and a tour of the physical plant was completed recently. There was no evidence to substantiate the complaint. The complaint is not valid.
