Standard #: 22VAC40-73-1180-B Description: Based on observation of the facility physical plant, the facility failed to ensure when there are indicators that ordinary materials or objects maybe harmful to a resident, these material or objects shall be inaccessible to the resident except under staff supervision.
Evidence: On 02/28/2020 on the facility memory care unit, in front of resident room #209 with staff #1, a flat rolling cart with hazardous work tools such as hammer, screw drivers, wrench, two, five gallon buckets of paint, and one, one gallon of paint was left unattended and not locked with two residents sitting close by ( as evidenced by photo provided).Plan of Correction: Not available online.
