Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced complaint investigation on 3/2/20 and 5/14/20 regarding resident care. LI reviewed resident record, medication administration records, conducted interviews and reviewed other supporting documentation. Spoke with Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
Complaint is deemed not valid as a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not supported the allegations.
