On resident #4's History and Physical, dated 7/3/2020, the physician answered yes next to a list of prohibitive conditions. The physician checked yes to the resident needs continuous skilled nursing care. This level of care goes beyond the care needs that Assistant Living Facilities are licensed to provide.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
