Comments:

A complaint investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The investigation was initiated on 7/23/20 and completed on 7/31/20 to investigate allegations regarding resident care, medication administration and a resident's discharge. The allegations were not supported and the complaint was determined to be not valid based on a review of file documentation and interviews with facility staff.
