There was an allegation of the Administrator not being in the facility on a full time basis as required. The
Complaint was determined to be valid. There were violation found during the inspection.

Evidence:
Staff A was not at the facility on a full time basis to be responsible for the day to day administration and management of the facility.Plan of Correction: The Administrator will be on site at the facility to manage the facility as required.
