The LI for Commonwealth Senior Living at South Boston conducted an announced virtual visit at the the facility on 11/9/2020 from 10:00am until 11:00am with the facility Administrator to conduct a physical plant inspection of the new addition to the facility to include 10 new resident rooms, new activity center, sitting rooms and office space. Room and window measurements were observed and reviewed from the facility blue prints and signaling devices reviewed. The facility is requesting for an increase in capacity from 77 to 87. The LI has received the final CO from the local Building Official and the final Fire Marshall inspection. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your LI at 540-309-2968.
