Comments:

This Initial Inspection was conducted by licensing staff on 12/14/2020 using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The Building, Fire and Health Inspections have been submitted and reviewed. The facilities Policies and Procedures were submitted electronically and have been reviewed and approved. It should be noted that the new owner maintained all of the previous owner?s policies and procedures. The Fire Evacuation and Emergency plan has been approved by the local Fire Marshall. The Licensing Inspector was last in this facility on 2/21/2019 and no physical plant changes have occurred since that time. The resident room and window dimensions have been verified. Please note that per the Building Official no more than 5 non-ambulatory residents may be present at any one time.
