This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was conducted to investigate allegations regarding COVID, medication administration, communication between families and residents and resident falls.
The allegations in the complaint could not be substantiated based on interviews with the administrator and random staff and a review of medication administration records. No violations were issued.
