Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/25/2021 and concluded on 02/01/2021. The administrator was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The administrator reported that the current census was 29. The inspector emailed the administrator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 3 resident records plus four additional medication records. There were no new staff since the previous inspection. Three staff records were reviewed based on annual standard requirements for training, licensing or certification, resident rights and CPR/First aid as needed along with a staff schedule. Documentation related to fire and health inspections, health care over site, fire and emergency drills, pharmacy review, and dietary oversight were reviewed. The facility has Covid 19 policies and procedures in place and received their first vaccines during this inspection process. The facility has had no complaints during this licensure period. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations and applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
