Technical Assistance:

TA: Facilities will need to install chairlifts on the staircases going to the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. TA: The facility has ample outdoor area, but the area in the towards the back of the entrance side of the house must remain off-limits to residents until the area has been repaired and made safe from large holes that have formed due to heavy rain.

Comments:

Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted an announced initial inspection on 3/1/2021. LI walked the physical plant, verified window and room measurements, reviewed policies and procedures and staff records and tested the call bell system. All inspections have been completed.
