Comments:

A non-mandated complaint inspection was initiated on 08/30/2021 and concluded on 09/02/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of resident accommodations and related services. The Executive Director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The licensing inspector emailed the Executive Director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. The licensing inspector conducted a virtual inspection on 09/02/2021 with the Executive Director and the Resident Care Director. The licensing inspector and the Executive Director had a discussion regarding incontinence supplies. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
