A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/1/2021 and concluded on 9/9/2021. The administrator and resident care director were contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The licensing inspector emailed the administrator and resident care director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not yield any violations.
