The licensing inspector (LI) conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 11/04/2021 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office in regards to resident care and related services regarding medication management. The LI reviewed documentation and a sample of residents' medications in the assisted living and memory care sections of the facility pertaining to the allegations in the complaint received.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
