A non-mandated on-site complaint inspection was completed on 12/1/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of resident care and related services, building and grounds and staffing and supervision. The licensing inspector inspected the building for cleanliness and staffing, inspected the food supply and observed the lunch meal.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
