The licensing inspector (LI) for Heritage Green Assisted Living Communities conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 11/19/2021 regarding allegations in the standard areas of personnel and resident care and related services. The LI reviewed documentation submitted by the facility and also documentation from a local hospital.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
