Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/16/21 (arrival 10:30 am/dep 6:00 pm) by two Licensing Inspectors. The facility census was 90. A tour of the facility was conducted, required posting were observed, am/pm snack and lunch menu posted, building temperature observed, records were reviewed, activities and medication passes were observed. Staff and resident files were reviewed, as well as fire drills and fire and health inspections. There were no violations cited.
