Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/22/2022. At the time of entrance 41 residents were in care. The sample size consisted of eight resident records, four staff records and one individual interview. Resident and staff records and other documentation were reviewed. Virginia State Police background checks reviewed for all new staff hired since the previous inspection conducted on 12/15/2021. Residents were observed eating breakfast and engaging in activities. Medication administration was reviewed. No violations cited today and exit interview held.
