Comments:

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 01/05/2022. Interviews were conducted with residents and staff and documents were reviewed relating to the allegations that residents were not being showered and did not have access to clean towels and also missing medications. The information gathered during the investigation did not support some the allegations, therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid.
