A non-mandated complaint inspection was initiated on 3/1/2022 and concluded on the same day. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of resident care and related services and building and grounds. The administrator was interviewed and assisted with the investigation. The memory care unit was inspected, as well as resident rooms, menus/snacks, staff files reviewed and staff interviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
