Based on observation, the facility failed to ensure that the current week?s menu was posted in an area conspicuous to residents.
EVIDENCE:
During the on-site inspection on 03/07/2022, at approximately 8:26 AM, it was observed that the menu posted was for the week of 02/27/2022 through 03/05/2022. The menu for the current week was not posted.Plan of Correction: The staff shall be reminded to change the menu as instructed.
