An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff on 03/22/2022 and concluded on 03/24/2022. The facility offered 81 residents in care. A sample of 4 resident records and 4 staff records were reviewed as well as other facility documentation such as resident's physician's orders, Medication Administration Records (MARs). A medication administration observation was conducted on the facility's safe and secure environment. A tour of the physical plant was conducted on both days of the inspection. During the exit interview technical assistance was offered based on observation noted during the tour of the physical plant of the facility.
