Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced complaint investigation on 4/20/22 regarding allegations of neglect and retaliation. Statements were obtained from seven staff members and the resident in question.
Complaint regarding neglect and retaliation is deemed not valid as a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not supported the allegations.
