Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on this date from 11:20 p - 1:30 p. At the time of the inspection there were 34 residents in care. Five (5) resident and three staff files were reviewed as well as other required documentation. There were no new personnel records or criminal history record reports to be reviewed. Medication administration records and activities were reviewed. Building and grounds were inspected. An exit meeting was held with the Administrator. This inspection determined there were no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
