Comments:

On 4/18/2022 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (12:58 pm to 4:05 pm). Staff and resident interviews were done, and resident records and other documents were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the complaint. One other violation was noted and appears on the violation notice. An exit interview was done onsite the day of the inspection, and the facility was given an opportunity to present additional evidence. A telephone exit interview was done on 4/28/2022.

Description:	Based on resident record review, the facility failed to document a medical treatment or procedure. EVIDENCE: 1. Resident 2 had an order signed 3/21/2022 to wear a sling to support the left arm, but there is no documentation to support that this was done. This was discontinued on 4/11/2022.
Plan of Correction:	From now on, the pharmacy will add medical procedures and treatments to the medication administration records (MAR) or treatment administration records (TAR) for daily documentation.
