On 3/22/2022 one inspector conducted a complaint investigation (11:35 am to 4:26 pm). Resident records and staff schedules. Residents and staff were interviewed. There was no documentation to support the allegations of non-compliance with the standards, and no violations were cited. An exit interview was held on-site the day of the inspection, and the facility was given an opportunity to present additional evidence.
