Type of inspection: Complaint Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 05/31/2022 03:00 PM ? 04:00 PM The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection. A complaint was received by VDSS Division of Licensing on 05/16/2022 regarding allegations in the area(s) of: Resident admission and retention and resident accommodations/related services. The investigating Licensing Inspector reviewed the resident record at the focus of the complaint. The investigating Licensing Inspector interviewed the facility Director of Nursing in the absence of the facility administrator. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation(s) of non-compliance with standard(s) or law.
