Comments:

The inspector was onsite at the facility on 06/10/2022 between the approximate times of 10:23a.m and 11:27a.m to conduct an unannounced monitoring inspection. During the entrance interview facility staff on duty offered six residents in care. Based on the census offered the inspector reviewed two residents records, two staff records as well as other facility documentation to determine compliance. Technical assistance was offered based on the observation of the facility?s physical plant as well as facility protocol and current mandates regarding infection control. The facility?s house Manager arrived at the facility later and accompanied the inspector during the tour of the physical plant and was present for the exit interview for the day. The required posting were noted. There were no obvious concerns noted regarding the medication cart. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
