Census 38 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 8 records (staff and residents),7 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. The residents were observed during activities and meal time. The Licensing Inspector reviewed the dietician report as well as the pharmacy review of medications.
