The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the building and grounds of the facility. Number of resident records reviewed: 9 Number of staff records reviewed: 5 Number of interviews conducted with residents: 2 Number of interviews conducted with staff: 3 Observations by licensing inspector: Lunch meal, medication storage and administration, activity (beauty shop), postings, building maintenance and cleanliness The evidence gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standard(s) or law, and violation(s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. The licensee has the opportunity to submit a plan of correction to indicate how the cited violation(s) will be addressed in order to return the facility to compliance and maintain future compliance with applicable standard(s) or law. Standard #:	22VAC40-73-940-A
Description:	Based on a file review and an interview, the facility is not in compliance with the Virginia Statewide Fire Code (13 VAC 5-51) as evidenced by an annual fire inspection. Evidence: An annual fire inspection was not available for review by the inspector. The administrator confirmed on 5/5/23 that an inspection was not completed in 2022.
Plan of Correction:	Albermarle County failed to schedule and complete the annual fire inspection. The fire marshal admits that this is no fault of community.
